This shop was the third shop I stopped at to get my Mazda looked at for a repair from a recent accident. I was already upset and didn't understand any of the other body shops pricing and plans for my car. When i got to Gerber I was greeted by Dwayn and Jeff. They were friendly and helped me get all the answers i needed. I'll be back!

Stan Evans provided a pleasant and smooth experience defined by excellent customer service and expert repair. He was friendly, cheerful, and assuring. Everything he said would be done, got done quickly and correctly without any problems or worry. My car looks exactly as it did before it got hit. If I ever need body or glass service in the future, Gerber and stan will be my first call.

I went to Gerber collision by the Decatur branch to fix my car. Everyone was so helpful especial mention Wayne Kelly, the estimator. When I got my car , I was so suprised it was like a brand new one.I would recommend this to my co- workers and friends.

My quote was given a couple of hours after I handed in the car, and the repair was done at the promised time and to my full satisfaction. Everybody I encountered were friendly, nice and efficient. Great service and the pace and which they repaired my car was great. I would hate to have to keep bringing my car for repairs but when I do it will be with Gerber. Ps. The candys are a great touch!

I would like to express my appreciation for the wonderful service by our estimator, Dave Zilly who put our concerns at rest. It was a difficult time for us and just to have one person stay in contact and keep us updated on the repairs made things easier. When we went to pick up our vehicle, Dave gave us his time to let us view the finish product and offered his services if any questions were to arise at our exit. This is the type of service that makes a difficult time bearable. Thanks Dave!

The service was excellent. I scheduled my appointment online, came in and was seen immediately. The people were helpful and informative, but most of all the work that was done on my car is perfect. Can't even tell it was damaged at all.
