Amica recommended the shop but as soon as I found out Dave Zilly was going to be my estimator, there was no doubt I was going with Gerber. I was not disappointed, Dave was his usual helpful and friendly self. Car was done when promised and the workmanship was great. The office staff including Stephanie were always there to help with a friendly smile. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Gerber Collision did a AMAZING JOB on my car! You cant even tell anything happened to the car! Nick Kopecky was awsome I loved his customer service he kept me updated on everything he always had high spirits and was very helpful I thank you all so much. I would recomend Gerber Collision to anyone and to contact Nick he made such a impression on me with his williness to help and his kindness he has such a sweet soul. Gerber Collision has a Golden Goose on their hands and its Name is Nick! The overall experience it took a bit of time but after seeing my car it was well worth the wait. Once again Thank You Gerber Collision and Nick.

My 94 Camaro is my love and it was backed into at a hotel. The damage wasn't over 800.00 however, I was taken care of immediately by Gerber on Bldr Hwy--I received a check in 8 days-I let Gerber know that I wanted the South Decatur Office to fix it--My car reservations with Enerprise were immediately completed and Roger was waiting for the car a little over a week later. Car was finished in 3 days--gorgeous job. I have recommended Gerber to at least 10 friends and will never go anywhere else for repairs. Thanks for the great work.

The service was excellent and it turned into no hassle whatsoever. Wayne helped me all the wayt through until I receicved my car back. He always made me feel that I was his only customer and that I was a valued customer. I would always return to Gerber for any auto body needs.

Fantastic experience! Great customer service. Work was done exactly as per bid and was done on time. They even detailed the car after the excellent repair job. My car hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the lot at the dealership. Definitely an establishment worthy of a good recommendation!

Dear Roger, Yes indeed I did notice. I noticed that you painted my scraped front fender! What an unexpected surprise! You didn't have to do that but you did, and I think you and all involved. I can't remember ever receiving such special treatment, the car looks Great!!

I brought my GMC Safari van in for paint service after graffitti vandalism. Wayne Kelley handled it for me. Made an appointment at a time that was very convenient for me and finished the work so quickly and well that I will certainly return if I ever need other work.

First of all I want to personally thank Mr. Wayne Kelley (Estimator) on his professionalism and dedication to ensuring My wife and I left Gerber satisfied. After a problem arose with out front wheel, Mr. Kelley did not hesitate to find a solution to our problem. After conferring with the GM, Gerber took it upon themselves to correct the problem. We are now dedicated Gerber customers and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I brought a high end car here on the advice of Geico to have it inspected for damage. The Geico rep was on site at the scheduled time and advised me the cost etc to have the car fixed, I inquired if Gerber was capable of fixing expensive cars correctly and he assured me they could. Overall I had a great experience with them and so far the quality of the work looks factory and I can't see a single flaw. They also have a enterprise on site so having a rental car, insurance rep, and body shop in the same office made life easy. I took 1 star off because they took a day later then they said to fix the car but they did call so kudos there.
