From the front desk service to the constant updates on the progress of repairing my car to the cleanliness of my car when all repairs were done. Oh, and yes, I just picked up my car today 11/11/10 - but it looks and sounds like everything was done right!

"When I turned my truck into Gerber Collision Repair I was in a very sour mood. The accident I was in made me feel like it was the other drivers fault, but the cops found me guilty of the accident. I felt I was not given a fair chance to explain my perspective on the accident. I am in the military and my job is stressful and far from my home. Having a car is very important for me. As a military member they were conveniently partnered with USAA which also helped smoothen the process. As soon as I walked in I was met with friendly staff. The first thing I was asked was, "Are you okay?" From there on out the staff there made sure I was taken care of. They were very knowledgable and very patient. They took their time explaining to me the repairs and how the process worked. Aside from the outstanding customer service and ... understanding, they are conveniently located in an attached building to Enterprise rental, this made picking up and dropping off the truck very easy. The process was surely streamlined and ultimately refreshing and professional. They gave me the "old day" feel of a friendly mechanic staff. I appreciate their service and the job was amazing, and they are backed with great coverages for their services to your vehicle. I would recommend Gerber to anyone I know and if in the future I need this service again, I know exactly where to go. " read more

I wanted to take the time and extend my appreciation to an employee of yours. Unexpected repairs due to accidents are never enjoyable. My experience with your company was pleasant, thorough, and efficient. I only had face to face conversations with the young woman at the front test, and nick Kopecky whom initially looked over my vehicle and gave the estimate. He also delivered the car back to me and upon my request quickly did some adjustments, but had me return to do more thorough adjustment to the hood of my expedition in the shop on the following business day. He never diminished my converns and only tried to accomodate my request. This employee truly goes above and beyond his required duties to see that customer service is delivered. A quality that I feel should be recognized and commended.
