Thank you for restoring my 2017 Lexus to "like new"appearance and drivability after someone ran a stop sign and destroyed the right rear quarter panel, wheel and axle. Being a 4 year old red metallic., I was very worried about paint match. Gerber paint specialist went above and beyond to perfectly match the repair. With over 40 years in the automotive industry, I know quality when I see it. Gerber IS quality.

The office was neat, clean, and very professional in appearance. The receptionist was friendly yet professional. The estimator was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. The estimate for the repair was very competitive. The work was done as described by the estimator and, when completed, looked like there had been no damage at all. I can easily and highly do recommend Gerber Collision and Glass for any auto-body work.

My car was involved in a hit-and-run. I have never been in an accident in LV before so I had no idea where to take my car. Geico had Gerber on the list of suggested companies. I made the appointment online, Check 1 - this was a plus, then easy in and out when dropping the car off, another check on my list of positives. I was told it would take approx 5-10 days depending on the availability of parts. I was called in "3 Days"!!! that my car was ready. Truly amazing. I worked with James who was professional and informative to work with. I know how hard it is to color match, but the paint was 100% match. I cannot tell the difference in the trunk and bumper which had to be painted. Again another check off my list of positives. However, when I got into my car the next morning it would not start and my rear light was out. I can assure ... you most companies would have told me sorry, it's your battery, not our issue. But No, The Manager Danny called me back personally to arrange to have his employee come to my house to jumpstart my car and drove it down to the shop. It was in-fact the battery. Did they send me away to go find a new battery elsewhere (since they are not a mechanic shop) NO! They made all arrangements to get a new battery and lightbulb for my car! I have to say this company, especially the professionalism and care of the manager Danny exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond what was their obligation to me. I can't thank them enough for making this whole experience easy and appreciate all they have done! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the entire Gerber team. read more

30 days after rear end collision repair at Gerber, my rear passenger wheel well molding came undone. I had to remove it for fear of it coming off on freeway. Contacted my estimator, Kevin P, informed him of situation and from there he took care of everything as usual. Super customer service. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the work and communication of any issues that related to the work for my car. Kevyn was able to work with me , by reducing anytime they had to keep my car in there facility. It was a speedy service. Just one suggestion, I did find a brand new screw that punctured my tire. I don't know if it came from the facility or on the road, but I have had extensive experiences where my vehicle has come from a mechanic shop and have several screws or nails that puncture my tires. Please sweep before the car exits the facility. I just don't want anyone to happen this again. I did check my tires before I enter the facility, due to the experiences I had with puncture tires. Everything was great from start to finish. Thank you!!
