My experience today with Gerber Collision, specifically the very friendly woman at the front desk and, especially an employee named Hannah, was phenomenal. I simply stopped in to see if someone could give me an idea of what kind of awful scratch was on my back passenger door that occurred sometime between yesterday evening parked at my home and this morning in the DMV parking lot. I am quite diligent about checking my truck when taking it anywhere. However, did not upon coming home this morning until getting the mail. Instead of setting up an appointment, Hannah who was waiting on an appointment of her own to come in... offered to come out and look at my truck. She was without answer as to what it could be as was I. I was torn up inside as this is a beautiful "new" to us Yukon XL Denali that we traveled 16 hrs round trip to get. ... We work hard to take good care of it. She then asked to take it into their paint shop and I said yes. Not ten minutes later she returned with my beautiful truck good as new. Scratch was pretty much completely gone for the eye to see. I forget what she said they put on it, paint thinner possibly. I was so happy and thankful that's all I could focus on. I will always come back to this place! That is how you treat customers. My being there benefited them in no way and yet they went above and beyond to get me in and to do whatever was done to make it " new" again! Tom was wonderful! I had a aftermarket radio installed in my car with a backup camera. I was very ignorant about how to use it. I am very impressed with the quality of work installing this radio, but did not know how to use it. Tom went over and beyond what I expected. He helped me learn how to use it and never acted like I was bothering him. He spent time with me in the car showing me how to use the radio. Because of Gerber and Tom I now am loving my new radio. I am so happy that I decided to get this install and especially happy to have the service that Tom provided to me. Thank you Garber and especially, Tom, the accessory service person.

I just wanted to take a couple minutes and thank Gerber Collision in Canandaigua for the AWESOME SERVICE! My Kia Forte looks as good as new. The estimator, Hannah, was so nice to work with! Due to my lack of experience (thankfully), this process hasn't been the easiest for me but Hannah put me at ease and was professional, friendly, and very helpful with answering my questions! I really appreciated the updates on the progress of my car. The receptionist, Donna was always very pleasant when I would call the shop with any questions. I will most definitely spread the word on their incredible service. Thanks again Hannah, Donna & everyone at Gerber! A+++

I am sorry If I get her name wrong, but I believe it was Holly, she was the receptionist/account management/customer service etc.. lol. But, she was awesome! She was super friendly, very attentive and aware of my situation. She handled everything very professionally and fun at the same time. It was an absolute breath of fresh air with my experience here. The guys who looked it over were also amazing! They even did a little extra detail I pointed out and it meant a lot to me that it was done! I've never heard of Gerber Collision before! I've always went local and chose a location myself (which was time consuming with my job). Being able to do everything through the Geico app and finding this place was so easy! And I'm so happy I did! I will definitely be back! You've got a new long time customer! A+++ Absolutely appreciate you guys!

Hannah is amazing she is so polite and courteous. The collision shop did an awesome job on the repairs and they even vacuumed out the 100lbs of dog hair in my car. Looks brand new inside and out. Highly recommended. Thank you everyone at Gerber Collision. Fantastic job!

Everyone at Gerber treated me great from start to finish. It took them less than 2 days to complete the repairs on the back end of my SUV that someone swiped on the expressway. They also washed my car and cleaned the inside as well. 5 Stars!
