Getting into an accident is a very traumatic event. After my collision, no one was injured, All State took care of things within a couple of hours with people on the other end of the phone I could understand and who wanted to help me. They suggested Gerber as one of their trusted repair shops,and it was also near my home. I made an apt. For an estimate and they got me right in. The staff was very kind and thoughtful and answered all my questions. They also took the Covid precautions seriously, which I admired. After some discussion and the car being still quite drivable but crinkled all over one side, I left and they began to order parts. After 2 weeks, all the parts were in and I dropped the car off on a Monday and by Friday it was done. Knock on wood, it looked better than new (it was almost new)!!! I was very impressed! They even ... detailed it! Thank you Allstate for coverage as promised and Gerber staff and technicians who did amazing work. Artist's and highly skilled people, everyone! read more

The quality of work was very good. I give it a rating of 4 because it took 23 days (December 15 to January 5) to repair $2700 worth of work. I was without a vehicle all those days and need to rely on others to commute to work.
