I had Christopher as my service advisor. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and stayed on top of things to make sure my car was returned to me quickly. The technicians did a great job replacing my ac condenser which was damaged by a rock hitting it. I couldn't recommend Chris and the rest of the Gerber team at the elmgrove park location enough. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Amy (intake person) and Tammy (estimator) are wonderful, they made the whole process very easy. They explained everything step by step and made sure that I understood everything.

Someone clipped the rear end of my 2023 Honda Ridgeline. The Honda dealer recommended Gerber Collison. I'm glad I took their advice, the repairs have been completed and the truck looks like new.

Soo happy with the body repair the guys did on my car !! My driver door was damaged but they fixed it perfectly and my car looks brand new !! They also cleaned my car !! Thank you guys so much !! After my car was side swiped, my insurance directed me to Gerber Collison & Glass, Elmgrove Rd. Beginning with setting an estimate appointment through receiving my car after the repair, everyone I encountered was friendly, efficient and courteous. The work was beautifu l and the color match was undetectable and they even replaced the paint protectant on my front door! Gerber is very attentive to detail, in fact, they even detailed the interior and washed the car!! I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone needing collision repair.
