I am absolutely thrilled with the service of Gerber Collision in Newaygo. When my vehicle was first damaged I wanted to bring it to a family friend's mechanic shop to have it fixed, but as Gerber is very close to my work we decided to use them. They are the friendliest people to deal with! Karen at the front desk is absolutely amazing & sooo friendly & helpful anytime I call, and Mike I can not say enough good things about. He's very friendly & answers all of my questions & concerns, keeps me updated on the progress of my vehicle....I just wanted to add another note to the previous survey that I did after the work that you have a GREAT staff in Newaygo, MI and I will use them anytime I ever need future repairs & I have & will continue to tell anyone and everyone who needs vehicle work done to go there. I took note of three areas in particular: First off the help in the office, Karen was a pleasure to speak with and she was professional on all my interactions both in person and over the phone. Secondly, the manager Mike did that very well, he managed!! Lastly the job was done splendidly and was on schedule. Thanks for the extra effort too for cleaning up the car. Just had my pickup repaired and Gerber tech's did an outstanding job. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. They were very courteous and prompt with the estimate. I would recommend Gerber Collision for your Auto Body needs. I felt that the price was reasonable and competitive also.
