The service was EXCELLENT! I brought my vehicle in for a bumper replacement and they provided refreshments and excellent customer service. The work only took half the time and I was able to get my vehicle back the SAME day. They also took care of my rental car for me. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

What a great place!!! The girls in the office - Jill, Candace, Tiffany are all so patient, understanding, receptive and just awesome!! We got our vehicle back in under a week! They took care of the insurance and honestly they run their business like a well oiled machine!! I highly recommend this business!!

I couldn't have asked for a better company to take my car to for a repair! From the start they were great and kind to me, when I needed to get a rental to get back and forth they called Enterprise to come and pick me up, they gave me updates every Tuesday and Thursday through phone calls and even text message. My car was repaired before the day I was given which was also a plus because of how hectic my work schedule is. The day I got my car I wasn't gone off of the lot more than 10 minutes and one of my parts came loose from under my car, I called them and within 15 minutes some techs came in their personal vehicle secured my vehicle and drove it back to fix what had happened. It didn't even take them 10 minuets to fix it. I will definitely use them for future references and I recommend them to any and everyone! Job well done.

My experience with Gerber has been excellent. Gail he been excellent at helping with the process. She has helped me get my car in the shop and with the rental. She is also very friendly and knowledgeable of her job and I would recommend this company to everyone that needs auto collision repairs.

Kacy B. kept me updated and aware of the repairs regularly and answered any questions that I might have. I don't feel as though I have to "chase" numbers since they are competitive and always do a great job.

Sid T. the manager at this location is an excellent example of customer service. My brother's car was involved in a wreck that wasn't his fault. We are both disabled vets with my brother's disabilities being more severe. We both has a pleasant visit because of Sid and his staff. My brother was more than satisfied with the repairs.
