The office staff was friendly and supportive with frequent status update and information about the repair process. Kacy was able to answer any questions I had. She worked seamlessly with my insurance to get the repairs assessed, and completed quickly. The repair process was completed ahead of the estimated date and the results are fantastic. I am very pleased with the results and Gerber in Mooresville has earned a customer for life.

Thank you to the front office staff for making this a pleasant experience. They took care of a few issues that arose from the insurance company. They also cleaned my vehicle inside and out, which was icing on the cake. also, a big thanks to Kacy for keeping me updated while my truck was being repaired.

If I could give more stars, I would. Every person I dealt with was so helpful and kind. Kacy B. in particular, did such a GREAT job on keeping me updated as to the status of my car. A big thank you to all of them for a job well done. While it is not fun to have your car damaged, if I ever need someone to fix my car again it will definitely be Gerber Collision. Very nice individuals working there, always made me feel at home. Kept me updated the entire time that they had my vehicle. Was nice to know what was going on. Robert was a total gentleman. The girls at the front desk were always pleasant and kept the candy bowl full. Robert was able to address all my issues very clearly.

Loretta, Bradley, and Terry were great to work with. They helped restore my car in just 4 days. The original quote was 5 days so I was pleased to get my car back a day earlier. So far the new door works great. It was nice getting my car back with the inside wiped down and vacuumed. They definitely exceeded my expectations with that. Overall my experience at Gerber Collision was great.
