Brian, Lee and Tamara all went above and beyond to help me with a headlight issue I had from a warrantied part. My original repair was completed several years ago but I still received the same excellent service and courtesy even after all that time had passed. I am a customer for life because to the great care and service I received. Keep up the great work.

Great service! Unfortunately and at no fault of mine, this is my second time in Gerber this year, due to crazy people on the roads. You guys did a great job on my Jeep both times and I am very happy with the service that I received. Everyone is very nice there.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at your location in Holly Springs location and the customer service was exceptional!! I was updated constantly on every part of the process of the repair. They far exceeded expectations and thank them for the constant updates. Tiffany went out of her way to ensure that I understood the process of the repair and was such a pleasure to work with. In 2013 I had my vehicle repaired at a different facility and I did not receive the outstanding customer service that I received with your company and had to return several times to fix minor issues.I would also thank Chris for his customer service as well! Kudos to Gerber!!!
