From the moment I arrived (early on a Monday morning when most workers aren't smiling), they greeted me with a smile and a firm welcoming handshake. I really appreciated Rodney's spot-on explanation of the process and amount of time required for the repairs. They even accommodated my work schedule for dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Exceptional customer service. Topping everything off, my vehicle was returned ahead of schedule.
