The on-site staff were prompt with my repair and when it came to communicating updates (when parts were expected to be received. final repair date, etc.) it was unprompted on their end. when delivery in a part delay occurred the team off the final parts as fast as the situation allowed. would definitely recommend the stop for repairs to others.

I had minor damage from a parking lot collision. Caleb, who was polite/friendly, buffed it out in a matter of minutes and there was no charge. Excellent experience.

The staff was great throughout the 2 months the vehicle was at the shop and made sure the parts they installed where up to the highest of standards even with the supply chain issues. I would much rather wait for good parts to arrive and get a quality repair then have a speedy and 2nd rate job done. Awesome team at the Mooresville NC location.

The staff at Gerber Collision in Mooresville went above and beyond to help me with my repairs. It started off when I had an electrical issue with the car, they helped jump it off and ended with the staff staying after hours to allow me to pick up my vehicle before a weekend. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Just received a call from Joe at Gerber Collision in response to a survey I filled out. I obviously read thru the question to quickly and responded "yes" to having to return my car after repair due to an issue. To set record straight this is false, have not had to return for any issues. I have nothing but praise for the work they did and the entire staff. The fact that they noticed my typo and immediately contacted me shows their attention to detail Highly recommend them
