Couldn't have asked for a better experience when having my Honda repaired after a tree fall. Everyone involved was extremely professional and knowledgeable with my claim. They worked directly with my insurance company and I only had to set appointments that worked with my schedule. They helped arrange a rental car with Enterprise and even had Enterprise pick me up so I didn't have to Uber there. My vehicle was completed ahead of schedule which was more than I could have asked for. Thank you everyone for all of your help! You definitely earned a repeat customer!

The Gerber Collision & Glass team in Concord,NC was excellent from Start to finish. They made the made the process easy and efficient. The team sent me updates on my vehicle and even finished ahead of schedule. If I could give the 10 star I would. Definitely will be recommending any of my family and friends to get work done at Gerber collision & glass in Concord. Thanks you all for your hardwork and dedication. Definitely will be doing any future work if I have any.

Darren and the crew are at it again. Stopped by the shop after my car had been hit by a hit and run driver. He actually took the time and was able to buff out the spot on my car right away and worked on securing the bumper. Thanks again Gerber Collision!

I have brought several dealership cars into this location and was getting surveys to my phone and probably since I have brought so many cars, I stopped getting them. I just have to say that the team at Sanford is fantastic. All of the work on the vehicles have been completed in a timely manner and with perfect craftsmanship. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they run a clean facility. I just wanted to take the time to say thank you because being a manager myself, I know how important it is to have positive feedback. A+ Sanford team!

I found that Gerber Collision & Glass to be a great business to work with. They are very helpful. Did a good job in determining the damage to my car. I took my car in 30 Aug 2022. They told me later because of the damage and ordering parts that my car would be repaired by 10 Oct 2022. Then the "WOW" happened. I got a call that my car was done and I could come and pick it up. It was 9 Sep 2022. The car was repaired a whole month sooner I didn't meet the mechanics but they did a marveloous job in repairing my car. I could not see where the damage was. It was just the same as it looked before the accident. I would recommend Gerber to any one who needs car repairs!

What a pleasant experience it was dealing with Gerber Collision. Everyone was extremely courteous and accommodating. Our vehicle went in on a Monday and 2 days later Kacy called telling us it was ready. AMAZING!!!! I will definitely recommend our Mooresville Gerber Collision Shop to anyone needing bodywork on their vehicle. They are the best!!!!!

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone I think his name was Jake I can't fully remember but I do know he gave amazing customer service. He went to the extent of looking two different stores for me and was able to get me set up in a early appointment. This man definitely deserve a raise because that's what great customer service looks like.
