The Manager, Ryan, took the time to ensure all my questions were answered, showed me the facility and examples of their work. Ryan completed my initial estimate and got the repairs scheduled sooner than I expected. The repairs were perfect, the car looks like new because the paintwork was excellent! To top it off, the car repairs were completed before the estimated delivery date! Without hesitation, I highly recommend the Gerber Collision Center, in Mills River NC, to anyone seeking quality work.

To begin with, the employees are exceptionally polite,caring and very dedicated to their job, that is so important at first, we felt assured leaving our car for the repair, Our contact person Mr. Chris who took care of our car was very deligent in providing us some updates by calling us from start to finish, the repair was quick and it looks like nothing happened to our car. I will never wish to see these guys again for sure, but i am assured that if something happens to one of my cars again these is the best GerberCollision location to choose.

I stopped by Gerber Collision & Glass to seek help with a window. The young lady at the front desk was very customer oriented. She was friendly, kind, and attentive. I told that I rolled down my window in my vehicle and that I could not get it rolled back up. I was fearful that the rain was going to flood my vehicle, the devil is a lie. She went to the back and came back with her team, Mr. Ty and Mr. Larry. Less than 15 minutes, they had me ready to go. Guess what? I asked how much the service was and they told me nothing. Let me tell you God is so good and there are still kind souls in this world. Thank you so much!!

My van's hood was damaged from debris on the highway and required repairing and repainting the hood. I just picked the vehicle up and it looks spectacular. They are always willing to go out of their way to help you, and got my car in and out after a major collision- very quickly! I am forever grateful for this team!
