My car was towed to your center on 8/7/2021, a Saturday. I was in communication with Susie that morning. She stayed in contact with us until we arrived and was able to make our car drivable for our 4 hour return home. Susie went above what most others in her position would do and I can't thank her enough.

On a scale of 1-10, I would give Gerber a 20. They shared with me that it would take a week or longer to repair my car because of workload and finished it up in four days. I didn't need to have a rental car. They kept me in the loop regarding the repair status the entire time. Everyone I met (Katie, Angie and Kelley) were beyond professional and courteous at every opportunity phone in person and on the phone. Not only did they repair the damage as agreed but unexpectedly detailed my very dirty car inside and out. It's never been so clean! I was shocked. Needless to say, I highly recommend Gerber and this team here in Garner.

I was so pleased with the work that Sid did for my car i saw my car sitting there when i pulled up they are so perfectional and the job was so beautiful i will keep using Gerber collision for any repairs needed for my car and will tell every one to use them if they need to now they can look at the work done to my Toyota Corolla. I had such a great experience getting my trunk lock fixed here. it was my first time going to Gerber's and I have zero regrets. It was a seamless process from getting there to getting my car fixed. People are also really nice as well. My technician was also super nice, really helpful, and very accommodating even though I had called in that morning. Highly recommend!!!

Attentive and courteous staff kept us closely apprised of all stages of the extensive repairs done to our 2015 Honda CRV, after we were rear-ended in a heavy rain storm. Front Office, Parts, Body Shop, and Painting were all personable, helpful, and eager to help us. They are all good folks, and Gerber has excellent representatives in each of them. Oh. And by the way. Our car is now beautiful. We're very, very satisfied and appreciative customers.
