This is a great company. They want their customers to be happy. They do fantastic work, if something is not right just kindly let them know and they will take care of it. Everyone here is wonderful. Especially Gail and Maria who kindly greet us and talk with us and assist us with any questions we have as we wait. Gail makes sure there are no problems and will take care of them if there are, she is our most highly trusted go to person! And Ross who is very thorough in examining our car, taking note of all the damages, he is very observant and takes his job very seriously. Great guy! Ross is our other highly trusted go to person. When we told the car rental place about having to have our car at Gerber they told us that they also heard Gerber was the best so that also made me feel good about where our car was being fixed. Clean,friendly,everything he told me was done my vehicle only in shop 3 days quicker than I thought, when I pickup my vehicle look great and he even took my rental car talked about no stress , couldn't be more happier I will recommend to my family and co-workers

This is the second time I have had a collison repair performed by Gerber. I was extremely happy with quality of the work and professionalism of both locations (Cary and Havelock). They did an excellen tjob and made the process quite painless. rk with, they were very helpful in getting my son authorization to act on my behave. Quick and painless. I highly recommend them for any of your collision repair needs.

I chose to use Gerber because my insurance company recommended it. The staff is extremely friendly! They did a wonderful job on my repair work and it was completed right on time. Not only was the car returned to us clean, inside and out, but it also had a full tank of gas. I highly recommend them.

Jessie and Faith were very personable and helpful in scheduling the appointment to get an estimate on my Jeep after being rear ended. Upon arrival, Jessie and Faith were very accommodating. Danny performed the estimate in a very timely manner. While the damage was very superficial, I was really annoyed that I even had to go through all of this and how much of an inconvenience this entire incident had caused me. I insisted that I wanted everything to be replaced because it was on the other person to make me whole again. Danny took the time to calm me down and explain that the damage was very minimal. He took the Jeep back to the shop and in about 10 minutes he brought it back out. I was amazed that all the damage was gone - was merely minor scratches to the bumper and spare tire rim. Good people. I went in for an estimate on some tree fall damage to my 2000 Ranger. They were courteous and listened, but even more impressive when they understood what I needed they met me where I was. I have to decide whether my truck has enough left to justify something more than a parking lot fix up, but if it does, or if we have an issue with one of our other 3 cars, I know where I am going. Integrity counts and we have lots of trees on our property. :-)

If your looking for good service this is the place to go they provide you with everything you need to no far as when they will start how long it will take. Speaking for myself I took my car on wed supposedly been done that next Tuesday it was done at 12pm Friday .
