My experience with the Holly Springs, NC location was better than I could have ever imagined. Their staff was awesome and helped make a devastating crisis as painless as possible (devastating to ME anyway!) I can't sing their praises enough -- about how helpful, reassuring & comforting Jill was, how well informed they kept me during the repair process and the absolutely beautiful repair job they did and sooner than estimated! I would recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in need of collision repair to their vehicle! Jill went over and above for me. Thank you so very very much! This is, indeed, a five-star service provider!

I had a great experience at this location! I was rear ended on the highway and had some major damage to my car. I was stressed and anxious about the whole situation, but as soon as I walked in the door and was greeted by Gail (who is literally the sweetest woman I've ever met) I felt like I was being taken care of! My car ended up being too damaged to fix, but they were so helpful and encouraging throughout the whole process! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needed a repair! I went in Monday for an estimate. I expected to have to wait at least a few days, but Jeff said he had an opening and got my car right in the shop. They kept me up to speed on what was going on. The car was done before the estimated day and it looked great. Jeff and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything at this place was amazing. They knew I was in a hurry to get to work so did the estimate quickly. They called Enterprise and knew how the car would be delivered and everything. They did great work and quickly. Then they notified me. I was at work and they were willing to wait for me to come out to get the car. They handled calling Enterprise to pick up the vehicle. Very professional service, excellent work, everything great from start to finish.

I was completely satisfied with my experience at Gerber Collision!!! Kimberly Q. was my estimator and she handled the job in a very professional way as well as being quite friendly and helpful with all my questions! I was given an estimated completion time and daily updates on the progress. Much to my surprise and delight, Kimberly called with the news that my car war ready for pickup even before the promised date!!! I was very pleased at that!!! When I arrived to pick up my car, it was ready with a shiny clean wash and the work was perfect!!! Kimberly took me out to look at the finished job and get my approval then took me back in to finish up the paperwork!!! I will certainly return to Gerber in the future should the need arise and I will also refer friends and family to go to Gerber for their needs as well!!!
