Friendly, fast service. Repairs were done in one day. Kacy kept me updated every step of the process. And wow, even thou it was the bumper they replaced, they cleaned the whole car inside and out.

Besides being located in a convenient ares fro me Gerber make the process very easy and efficient. They were proactive with status-completion progress with e-mails and calls. Repair was competed before target completion date. Gerber/Allstate (Frank) folks were all very attentive and there's a good vibe. Best experience I have had with an auto repair company. Highly recommend Gerber's Raleigh location. PS the car look great!

Service was quick, and the process was painless, I had my car back 3 days after I dropped it off and that was only because I had to make plans to pick it up then, the repair work was done the next day after dropping it off.
