She helped push the claim process along with me through the insurance company because they did not want to not pay for my repair to pre-accident condition. I am soooo thankful for Gail's attentiveness to my situation and truly caring spirit. In my 50 years of owning an auto, I have never had a better experience with a "body shop". The customer service area was attractive, clean and could have been the showroom of a new car dealership. The personnel that dealt with my wife and me were cheerful, articulate, well informed and helpful. The description of the work to be done and (later) that which was done was clear; and the work itself was flawless. The whole experience was positive. Congratulations both for a well-run operation and a very good repair job!

I have used this facility in the past to repair my vehicles. The service is excellent. Gail greated me at the door with a friendly smile. She was very through and exact in taking my information. She was very informatinve in explaining to me the process of having my SUV repaired and my options. She is a great ambassador for Gerber. She was a delight to work with. Jamie was my service representative. He explained the repair process and handled my questions very professionally. He followed through with all his commitments. He also was a pleasure to work with. Extremely friendly and personable. I was informed on a regular basis as to the progress repairing my SUV. The SUV looked like it just rolled off the production line when I picked. Jamie went over the repairs to make sure I was pleased with the results. Jamie and Gail along with the ... expert work done on my SUV are the reasons I keep returning to Gerber to have my vehicles serviced. I had the pleasure of meeting Gail D. today one of your employees at my local cary location. I could not have been more pleased to have met her as she was professional polite and was able to service me to the best of her ability. My only complaint was that jail does not have her own business cards as she had to write her name on a blank card which in my Pinyan is not very professional. To me girl is the face of your company right now. I have no dealings with anyone else there so it would be nice if she had her own business cards to pass out to the dozens of people she sees every day. Very small expense for A very large gain in my mind

I was rear-ended so we were going thru the other drivers insurance (eerie) and they were being less than helpful. Gail and Elaine were AMAZING- they took care of me and my car and made sure that I was taken care of and out the door and in a rental. I am super appreciative as I had never had to deal with another driver's insurance and Gail and Elaine made sure I got what I needed from them!

While driving on the highway, we had no choice but to hit/ run over a large piece of debris that was on the road. The unknown metal object did damage to several areas of the front bumper. So much that our bumper became an eye sore and left us eager to fix it. Gerber Collision came recommended to us by our trusted car dealership. The day after Thanksgiving, with no appointment, we were seen and taken care of immediately. Frank (estimator) was professional, knowledgeable, and was happy to assist in getting our bumper repaired. He was meticulous to detail and ensured the job was done to his and our high standards. In the unfortunate event we need body work/ repairs to our car, we won't hesitate about where to go.
