Gerber has always done great work on my vehicles. I have tried other area body shops in the past but since finding Gerber would not consider anyone else. I have recommended family members also take their cars to Gerber.

The staff is wonderful, I have no complaints about the work done the finished work was awsome. I loved how they kept me updated with curtious calls & text about my SUV, I also recieved my vehicle back earlier than expected. They even cleaned my car ???? when I received it back it was nice and clean inside and out now that I really really appreciated.. A new customer for life oh yeah I received a lifetime warranty on the work done I highly recommend them.

YOU MADE MY DAY!!! MY JEEP IS PERFECT NOW, YOUR WORK WAS SO GOOD. I COULD NOT BELIEVE GETTING IN MY CAR ALSO YOU PEOPLE HAD CLEANED IT UP (EVEN INSIDE)!!!!!!! I AM SO HAPPY, CANNOT SAY HOW GLAD I CHOSE YOU. I HAD BEEN THERE BEFORE A FEW YEARS BACK WHEN IT WAS BLACKS COLLISION. THE WORK WAS NOT NEAR AS GOOD AS YOURS AND I WILL NEVER FORGET GETTING INTO A CLEAN CAR!!!!!

I was in a really bad accident involving a dump truck and my SUV was totaled. It was a really stressful time - but the folks at Gerber were great. I was assigned Rebecca - to work on my case and she kept me informed of everything going on - and even answered emails on the weekend. I would definitely recommend Gerber.

A recent sideview mirror mishap required replacement of the broken mirror. I anticipated car availability downtime and an unknown expense. I'm a repeat customer. Everyone there went over and beyond to help me; from making sure my paint color match perfectly, also making sure rental cars was taking care of properly. The communication with everyone at this location is AWESOME! They kept me informed everyday from phone calls to emails to let me know how things were going with my repairs. The best part of there services are that for the first time every they(Gerber) came in under the estimate and i received a refund! 5+ stars for this location.

I was always kept up to date about progress. Car was completed 3 days ahead of schedule. Car was very clean and body work was excellent. Also coordinated my car rental while my car was being serviced.
