Gerber took such good care of my Subaru - very thorough job. It took longer than expected but they let me know up-front that it was possible after disassembly to see full extent of damage. The woman on the phone/front desk was absolutely great. So friendly and she answered all my questions and gave me some tips for working with Allstate (the woman at fault's insurer who was paying for the damages). Although Allstate was not easy to deal with, Gerber was terrific and regular text messages with status updates were super helpful. Thanks so much!

Alberto M. and Matt M. were very professional, took the time to explain the whole process, and exceptional communication with daily updates via text. Rental car pickup and drop off was simple and on-site. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Columbus, OH area.
