My State Farm insurance agent gave me information about Gerber Collision after a discussion about where they would recommend getting my car repaired. The location selected was quite close to my house and the representative that answered the phone and arranged an appointment was very friendly and informative. Upon my arrival, the inspection area was undercover and clean. The agent who inspected my car was efficient, personable and after taking photos presented me with an estimate within 30 minutes. The rate was most competitive with what I had from other sources so I agreed to have Gerber do the repair. I was able to keep my car while kept informed as to the status of when the parts would be available and they could start the repair. I had two claims at the same time. They did a great job on both jobs, and finished in the time estimated at the beginning of the process. There was one minor item to be tweaked at the very end, but they made it right quickly. Friendly, helpful, and quality service overall.

My car had a hefty amount of damages done to it from an accident I was unfortunately involved it from being rear ended. I have gone to gerber collision in the past and was happy with my experience so I went back to them again. They had my car done 4 days earlier then expected (I was a little nervous on that wondering if it was done the right way) and WOW. I was blown away when I picked my car up at how good it looks. I also love that they send you text messages updating you on the status of your vehicle, like pretty much every move so that you know what is going on the entire time they have your vehicle. I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you for your excellent customer services and a as always phenomenal job done to my car!
