I was pleasantly surprised by the care and commitment they took in fixing my vehicle. Communication on status was twice a week. Actual vs. estimate was exactly as expected. Most importantly, they went out of their way to accommodate vehicle delivery in compassion given my husband passed away during the repair timeframe. The entire team was professional and added a personal touch to their service. The vehicle arrived home perfectly repaired and spotless.

Excellent service! The staff at the Madeira are very professional and thoughtful. Amber helped me with the rental car arrangement when I fix my car. Don works on my car until I am satisfied. Every time I ask him, he is always patient, explains very clear, and help me to solve the problems. He even expands his service one mile wider and one mile deeper. One day my car couldn't start on the school parking lot, he came out in the cold weather, and gave a jump to my car. Then I can drive home. Otherwise, my son and I will stick at parking lot. I very appreciate Don's professional service and his kind caring manner to customers!

Excellent service and communication while my car was being serviced. Daily phone calls followed by text messages Then, when my car was finished, they stayed open past their regular hours for car pick-up. Asked me if I had any questions and went over the repair invoice! This was my third experience with Gerber Collision & Glass and I give them 5 stars l! They even went above and beyond the repair. I believed that my backseat window was scratched on the inside because of a piece of furniture that I forced into the backseat; however, when i tried to wipe it, the scratch/mark didn't come off. When I told them that this mark was not from the accident and it was on the inside and probably needs replaced. The long mark across the window was gone! Also, there were a couple scratch marks that were already present before the accident and they ... fixed those up too! I recommended Gerber to my brother and sister-in-law Tom and Sandra Van Dyke. They are taking their van to Gerber Collision & Glass because because they are highly recommendation! read more
