The staff at the Madeira location absolutely saved the day. Amber and TJ assured me that upon presenting my information regarding the accident, and later leaving my car with them, my concerns were over. Amber coordinated the rental car process, reached out to my insurer, USAA, and handled the ocean of documentation that accompanies accident claims and repairs. Picking my car up, I only had to arrive, leave the rental car, and drive off in my new looking car. Never thought it could be so easy. Thank you!!

The technicians returned my car looking brand new having fixed every issue including a couple I had not originally noticed. They even honored my special requests. The staff worked together with Enterprise and the insurer to be sure I had an adequate temporary vehicle. Very satisfied.

Well, where do I start. Right from the beginning the professionalism exhibited by this Gerber location was exceptional. Twice each week they called with updates on the progress that was being made. I was instilled with confidence that my vehicle was being well cared for. Most surprising to me was how clean my car was inside and out.
