I was impressed with this company and the employees from the moment I walked in the door. Every aspect of my service was handled perfectly. I have a one-year-old Lincoln that I enjoy tremendously and they did a wonderful job repairing the scratch marks on the rear bumper. I would recommend them to anyone! Definitely a 5-star experience! Gerber Collision & Glass treated me right, when others I have dealt with over the previous years have not. From the beginning phone contact to the ending handshake and goodbyes. I would refer others to them without hesitation. I want to even include the secretary at the desk and the fellows in the back. Outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommend. I needed a minor repair to my bumper which came loose after pulling onto a parking curb which caused scraping on my tire when I turned. Without hesitation a gentleman who worked in the office came out to take a look and had it fixed within 15 minutes. I am so grateful he was able to fix it and I was able to avoid getting a whole new bumper!
