Absolutely pleased with everyone at Gerber. When you are involved in an accident, there is a level of trama that you experience. All of the staff have been courteous and gone overboard to insure that I am satisfied and comfortable with my car fixing experience. the service was quick, the work looks great, and everyone here at gerber seems very friendly and not only are they passionate about their work, but price does not affect the quality of their work. Mike W, Estimator and his team were awesome! I am impressed with the integrity and honesty of Gerber Collision & Glass when they said the damage to my car was so minor as to not need repairs, not even to the paint! A few minutes buff job and I was back out the door without needing to pay my deductible. It was the least painful accident I ever had, with the at fault other party likely to be relieved as well. Safeco recommended Gerber, and now I see why! My wife and I will definitely come back if we have any other future unexpected mishaps. Thanks for everything!
