The service was quick and easy. Every time I called, someone answered and I was assisted quickly. Every representative/employee I came into contact with at Gerber was very welcoming, great customer service, and again quick with every thing. A friend recommended Gerber Collision to me, and I will definitely be doing the same if anyone else asks if they need any kind of car repair. My car looks great and I am very happy with it.

I AM MORE THAN GLAD THAT I CHOSE GERBER TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE. RYAN WAS WONDERFUL AT EXPLAINING EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED REPAIRED ON MY CAR. IN COLLABORATION WITH RYAN, BARRY HAS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS INTEGRAL IN EXPLAINING TO ME THE PROCESS AND GOT MY CAR BACK QUICKLY. MARY WAS VERY WELCOMING WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN AND GREETED ME AT THE DOOR. I AM SO VERY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE THAT I CHOSE TO REMEMBER THEIR NAMES SO THAT I CAN REFER THEM TO MY FRIENDS. OVERALL, I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY THAN I AM NOW! I WAS ALSO SHOCKED THAT MY CAR WAS WASHED AND SWEPT OUT...BETTER THAN MY EXPECTATIONS.

My car was damaged while driving through a car wash. An entire panel fell off during the wash, and I was stumped about how to get it put back on. Once I went to the dealership (Lexus) and got the needed retainer clips, I tried to put it on myself. No luck. Rather than pay their inflated auto body repair fees, I stopped into Gerber. They took 20 minutes to pop the panel back on for me, and refused to accept any money for their work. I will return if I need other body work done, as they proved they are ethical and I would trust them to give me a fair price on more involved body repair. Many thanks to this fine Powell business!

I recently was in my first car accident and was stressed, worried, and unsure of what to do. After filing my claim my insurance agent seemed to disappear. I called gerber and spoke to a man whos named I dont recall. He is tall with dark black hair and his name might be Scott. He went above and beyond when he noticed I was uneasy. He helped me secure an astoundingly cheap rate for a rental and was in contact with me almost daily on the status of my car. "Scott" spoke to me as though I was old friend, this man really cares about his customers. I also dealt with Leah quite often. She is a doll. You probably wont ever find a better person to work your front desk. When I came to pick up my car, Leah greeted me with a sincere smile and Scott came outside and informed me of everything that was done. I felt like I was their only ... customer even though it was clear they were busy. Aside from Scott and Leah, every employee I saw working at Gerber in Akron greeted me despite being busy and seemed happy to be at work. Seeing how happy the techs were at work I knew that quality work had been done. Based on my experience with Gerber in Akron, I will refer everyone I know to your shops and will only go there for any future work that I need. read more
