Extremely satisfied with repairs to my truck. I was given a thorough understanding of the process. I was provided periodic updates of status and completion of repairs. Folks were all very courteous. Upon completion, Ryan went over the repairs, was very thorough and extremely courteous. I could not have had a better experience.

I would just like to commend Mike Walker and the rest of the staff from the receptionist to the other office staff I met. They treated me with respect and kept me in the loop every step of the way while my vehicle was being repaired. I am very pleased with the results. I am very pleased with the work done on my car. Everyone that I spoke with was so nice and explained everything they were going to do. I received several calls during the week as to the progress they were making. When I picked the car up it had been cleaned and vacuumed on the inside with a fresh smelling spray. They even took the floor mats out and washed them. I couldn't be happier. Thank you all so very much.

Harrison was awesome! He had the estimate done quickly and I had everything I needed for insurance that day. He was also prompt and I feel he went above and beyond emailing me photos of the damage for my adjuster. He even emailed me to let me know the insurance was going to pay for it and it was ready. It was really ncie to have the same person to work with the whole process. Very Happy!!

5 STARS. Tony S. was my estimator. He took the time to call my insurance co. to check on my ded. and whether it could be waived. He was able to get the car in the next day and saved me a trip back by getting my rental veh. to pick me up at the shop the very day of the estimate. I am very pleased with the work and it only took 2 days until I had my car back looking cleaner than it has been all winter inside and out.Thanks for a hassle free experience.

My experience with Gerber was excellent from beginning to end. The entire staff did a great job explaining my repairs and helping me understand all of the charges. Ryan in particular was a great help and also assisted me by researching different running board options for both appearance and price. In the end I went with his recommendation and the boards look great! In addition, Ryan also contacted the City of Buffalo to help secure payment from their end and worked with my insurance company for another repair. In conclusion; the repairs look great and the truck looks showroom ready! Thank you so much for all of the help.
