What an experience WOW! WOW! WOW! The entire team made me feel so valued that my choice with Gerber was the way to go. They really appreciate my business. Jessica Lollis from the start is phenomenal she is the sweetest most kind person who really helped me with this stressful time. Im so thankful she was there. Jim did a great job accessing my car asking me all kinds of questions making sure that the things that were wrong with my car got taken care of. Very thorough! I love the texting feature that kept me updated on the progress very handy! Upon picking my car up i got to meet with Tommie the manager and he was so kind and kept thanking me for my business. I would recommend this repair company to anyone who needed their car fixed! They did a fabulous job on my Mickey!!! Thanks Gerber Team!!!!

The team got to repair my car twice (My fault not theirs). Both times the work was done exceptionally well and I couldn't tell a repair was done. Unfortunately, 2 days after picking my car up, I dropped a tool on it in the garage. The team got it in the next day and It looks brand new again.

A wonderful experience from getting the estimate to completion. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion! Even when Enterprise hadn't arrived to pick me up , the Gerber folks were going to drive me to them!! The property is clean, well lit and obviously cared for with pride!

I would just like to say that the staff was extremely professional and helpful. Very friendly! I've had service done before but the professionalism here was truly appreciated. I was telephoned into regards what was going on with the vehicle through the process. I would most definitely refered this facility to somebody who needed work done on their vehicle. Everyone at Gerber Collision & Glass is so nice and go out of their way to make your experience a good one. We have used their services before, and we have always been extremely impressed. My car looked brand new when they finished with it. They not only repaired it to perfection, but they cleaned it until it sparkles. We couldn't be happier. Thank you David, Dana and the whole crew!

5 Stars ++++ The company and its employees are very professional and easy to work with. They even volunterred to repair my other car's headlight covers before I gave it to my granddaughter. I have great confidence in this company and most definitely will use them again if ever needed.
