This is my second time having my vehicle repaired at this location. Everyone is very courteous. They take time to discuss the repair and ensure your satisfied when the job is complete. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have recommended to my friends.

By far the best, most friendly, helpful people, I have ever had to deal with. Not only were they able to fix my truck way ahead of schedule. And help me get a rental car fast because of the insurance company dropping the ball. My truck looks as good as brand new. I was kept up to date with texts and phone calls on the progress of the repairs. Which made me very happy with the service I received. The awesome, kind, courteous, and professionalism of the staff was excellent. I would highly recommend everyone I know or that may ask me about car repair. Also i just want to give a big Thank You to all the wonderful people who work at Gerber in Bixby. yall made a horrible and stressful situation, a wonderful experience. I could not be more greatful. Gerber Collision did a great job making repairs to my BMW. Color at the repaired area are a perfect match, as they should be, they kept me informed of progress through the whole process and finished ahead of schedule. Very happy with the experience.

We have only wonderful things to say about our experience. My husband John, was recently in the hospital when a deer hit my car on the highway on my way home from another late night ICU visit. Gerber was so helpful to me, as I am not used to handling the vehicle paperwork or insurance. They were even so kind as to bring the car to my house because of our situation with my husband in the hospital. It is personalized touches like that, that will have me telling all my friends about Gerber. Very grateful to the Broken Arrow team that helped me with RO# 5010013949. Thank you!

Got my car back when I was told had no problems except a bolt was rolling around in trunk door and there was a small leak by window was asked to keep an eye on it but other than that they are a very good company and they did a good job.

The team a team this location was great from start to finish. Communication is important and they were on top of it by letting me know when my truck would be ready. Jessica up front was the start and took care of me and made sure when I picked my truck all was great. The mgr came introduced himself as well as the adjuster. Was a great experience all together
