My rep Cody did a fabulous job of connecting with the insurance company. They tried to give us a hard time. (AIG) A rental was assigned to me immediately and the whole process was great. Cody explained everything in detail that was done to my vehicle when I picked it up. Everything was handled professionally and with extreme courtesy. It was a good experience.

I have never used Gerber, I will use them from now on. They do excellent work! They use quality parts and really care about the work they do. I set in their front office and talked and talked and talked. They was joking around with me saying I was going to cry because my baby (truck) was messed up. They said they would take good care of it. When I went to get my truck they had it out front and it was just shining. They told me if I happen to find anything I didn't like just bring it back. I have looked it over and I can't find a thing wrong. If you take your car or truck anywhere else, well.......I'm sorry. They told me to come by from time to time just to sit and joke around. I will always use Gerber. Wow, they are GREAT!!!!!!!! Thank you, Gerber!!!!!!!

Christina was very helpful, took my car in at 5:15 on a Monday evening, they closed at 5:30, she stayed late writing up the estimate and went next door to Enterprise to ensure they would stay a little past 5:30 to ensure I had a rental car to drive home. The repair work took over week which was expected and actually they finished up 1 day early. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done on my brand new car that I wrecked after having less than a week, it looks brand new again

We were hit by a driver who ran a stop sign, hit another car, then skidded down the entire driver's side of our van. Gerber Collision and Glass got my vehicle in the shop within a couple of days. They had my van for almost a month, but I have no concerns that it was a rush job. I was given the opportunity to receive text alerts on my phone for updates, as well as phone calls keeping me up-to-date with what was going on with my vehicle. The drop-off and pick-up procedure was fast and easy. My van looks good as new, and it came back clean and vacuumed, which was a wonderful surprise!
