Tommie did great job getting my car taken car of and keeping me in the loop. When I first saw my car I told my husband Wow is that really my car , it looks better than the day I bought it 2 years ago.

WOW! I was amazed when I saw my car. I'm 71 and figure this is my last car. I was so sad that it had been hit before it was six months old. I didn't know when it happened. I was devastated when the car wash attendant showed me the damage. When I saw Tommie yesterday, I told him that I could quit crying now. This was my first new car since 1985. I purchased the Subaru in September of 2015. Tommie had promised it would look new again. I didn't actually believe that it was possible. But he and his staff certainly delivered. Tommie is a great guy. His office staff are very nice. I'm not sure what title one gives to the repairmen, but they are certainly great craftsmen. I am more than pleased with the outcome of the repair. I cannot convey how I felt when I saw the repair. I was so happy to have the car restored to it's "new" ... condition. read more

I would absolutely recommend Gerber to anyone needing any type of the services they offer. I met Becky and Cody. I would be proud to call them my friends. They are very calm, professional, and encouraging. I appreciate the 5 day car rental provided. It helped relieve my mind from extra expense and time. I received my car back before the anticipated date. It looks like new and that damage was never done to it. I want to thank them for their hard work on my behalf.

Gerber Collision and Glass was VERY proficient, professional and did an AWESOME repair job on my car. The way the wind bent the door all the way to the front of the car, I thought it could never close correctly again. It not only closes correctly ,but as if nothing had happened. It's great!!!!!!!! Car was fixed in record time and looked better, inside & out, than it did before the accident. Personnel were all friendly, respectful, and informative. I especially appreciated being kept in the loop and a heads up the day before my car was to be ready so I could plan accordingly. Would not hesitate to recommend Gerber and will most definitely return to them should the need arise.

Wow! Tommie D. goes above and beyond to make sure customers are treated well. Upon following the tow truck in with my vandalized car I discovered a flat. He help me put on my spare and sent me to a great tire shop. Our car looks great after the repairs and Tommie kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Wow!

Excellent service. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule which was a real plus but what impressed me the most was customer communication. My estimator, Tommie D., contacted me by phone twice a week with an update on the status of repairs being completed. I was always treated like I was a real customer and not just someone there for repairs.
