There was no need to constantly contact the shop while my car was being fixed! I received texts and phone calls with updates. I didn't need to worry about what was going on with my car while I was driving a rental car. The estimate was given for 6 days, but it only took 4 days. I was amazed by the customer service from the beginning when I received an estimate until the time I picked up my car.!

I would highly recommend Gerber Collision in Claremore!! They were very friendly from the time I walked in the door! They repaired an estimate in a timely manner and were able to start repairs shortly after. They also helped to make arrangements for a rental! Not only were they able to get me in fast but my car was fixed w/in the time frame given and I was frequently update on the repair status of my car without having to call them to ask. I was very satisfied w/ the body work and paint job that was done! I will defintely be recommending this shop to everyone I know!!

My visit to Gerber collision was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. They even took my car right then as I arrived to the shop to look at. I was advised of my problem with in minutes and was even told they would fix it for no charge to me since it was simple and easy. I will tell all my friends and family to go see them. I used the claremore location but will recommend any location!!! Thank you so much you guys are great!!!

I have had 2 cars repaired at this location. They are Tops in my book and keep you informed an do a great job on your car as well. Shawn is the man you will usually speak with and he really goes out of his way to please you an do what needs to be done to you car. Excellent work and communication!

I was impressed with the courtesy of the telephone lady. She didn't get frustrated when I had her repeat what she was saying several times. It wasn't her lack of ability to speak. It was my inability to hear. I wear hearing aides and I still have difficulty hearing. Bless her heart.The "guy" employees were super fun. They laughed at my attempt to be humorous when I told them they were my new best friends. That was because they were young and cute. They found a crack in one of my door panels. That extended the time that my service would be complete. I told the guy that if he didn't have my car finished by Friday, he would have to drive me to Oklahoma City. He sounded fine with that until I told him I didn't think my husband would want me to share a hotel room with my new best friend a Gerber employee. I had to be in Norman. The ... home of the O.U. Was exceedingly happy with Gerber in Owasso. They sent me text updates throughout my car's stay there, and the staff was always very friendly while I was at the location- from the estimate to the pickup. My car looks fantastic, and I am a happy camper!
