This is the second time that we have used Gerber in Owasso for body work on one of our vehicles. Both times we used Gerber we have worked with James Shilling and have been totally pleased with the exceptional customer service provided. In the future will use Gerber for all our collision needs. Great, fast service. Friendly, helpful staff. Your quote was quite a bit higher than the other we obtained, HOWEVER, my husband and I both feel your repair was more complete and in depth. That's why we chose to go with Gerber.

just wanted to say best experience ever ,james shilling was not only professional,but friendly,kind and very helpful he had my vechicle back to me in record time 11/2 days that was in pressive an to be honest it looked better then when i bought it ,if thats even possibe since it was new. job well done .my friend had just got hit and james was the person i took her to and aswell to any one else that has situation that i know about. i truly hope your company knows what an asset james shiling is to your company/customers yours truly theresa deaton

I had the most awesome experience in dealing with Gerber in Owasso. I had waited several days for my insurance company to call me back and when I finally got a hold of someone they gave me a couple of local options. I had recently heard an ad on the radio that I recall being a Gerber ad. So I decided to call Gerber first to see what my options were. Amy answered and since it was close to closing time and the estimator had a few folks left to see she said I would have to wait until morning. But after I explained my situation to her, she immediately said bring it on in, we'll make room for you tonight. Awesome! Then upon arrival, Jimmy promptly came to see the damages and after a chat on what was the protocol and company standards he explained everything in detail. He asked if I could leave the car at that time and said they could begin ... tearing it down to see the extent of the damage. He was so professional and courteous, even offering to get me into a rental so I could get to work Mon-Fri. Right then I knew I had chosen the right place. Jimmy called every few days to give me status updates and was very thorough explaining all the details and taking care of my worries. Even though the company standard is to quote a longer process time, which I totally understand the need for that, when Jimmy called to say it was ready one week prior to the estimated date, I was elated. Ray did a wonderful job explaining all the finish details and was super at making sure I treated the fresh paint the right way. I have been telling everyone at work and family members about how great my experiences have been during all this. I hope that you will do the right thing and show your team that they are the backbone of your company and reward your staff for such an outstanding job they have all done. Hopefully I won't need the services in the future, but if so, you will have a very loyal customer in me. Many thanks again for a job well done! read more

They did a wonderful job with fixing my car. Andy kept me up to date on the repairs. He even took the time to show me what parts they had to replace. I will use them again if i need to and will recommend them to other people.

i've had work done here before and james took care of me and car very well .so when i called him because i didnt know who around could do it for me and when he said that they could do it i brought it that got on it and had it back to me quick and a lot cheaper than what the dealer had qouted me...will use again without adout

went in for something small that two other body shops told me to find somebody else to do the work.when i walked in james took care of me right away and ordered the part i need i came back in 3 days when it came in and i could not be happier...thank you james and the rest of the store people.while i was drink the free coffee everone that came in the office were really nice to me ....thank you
