Unfortunately my 2011 GMC Sierra was brought in after it was in a accident. Once I arrived to sign paperwork I was warmly greeted by Wendy Bernal who informed me she would be handling my repairs. Wendy kept me informed of the status of my truck repairs throughout the entire process. The only dissatisfaction I had is the work completed by an off-site, contracted, repair facility. Wendy is making everything right and I really appreciate her making sure I am completely satisfied.

The staff at gerber collision and glass on blanding is great!!!! I am a person that is very influenced by the customer service in any company; being in the customer service field in the military myself; and rarely take out the time to give excillent reviews. However, this review is very well deserved. I have never been to an auto facility where I was truely treated with respect. I didn't expect the company to keep in touch with USAA and me while my car was in the shop. Having your own USAA representative really helps a lot and Wendy was great keeping me and USAA updated on my car's status. When it came to my car's service, I didn't have to worry about a thing. I had my car hood and top painted at this location the last week of June. The service was excellent. I got the car back much faster than I had thought and it looks perfect. I could not believe how well it all blended. The customer service and service people were knowledgeable and professional while being friendly. I would recommend your location to anyone. I want to let you know about the wonderful customer service I received at you store located on Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, Florida. I took a 2008 Nissan Altima to your store with a problem with panel under the passenger door. My wife had stumbled while getting in the car and she stepped on this panel to steady herself. Apparently this panel is not weight bearing, it broke loose right under the door. I told Shawn M. all of the above and he diagnosed the problem as a broken clip and took care of the problem on the spot. This wonderful customer service I received is highly commendable and I wanted to bring this to your attention.

The service and communication is very professional. I like the text for updates .vs. calling. Getting to your office just after 5pm, James is very understanding and in no-way does he rush you out the door due to it's time to close. I can not say enough on this location but, to say, thanks, I will be back and highly recommend James and Wendy to be employee's of the month.

2 years ago, I was in an accident where I was hit in the side and my bumper was completely damaged I was referred to Gerber by Kia motors, and two weeks ago I was hit in the back and again I took my car back to Gerber collision. Both times I was attended by Shawn M. and I must say that both times I was given a service of great satisfaction. The only thing I regret is that there is only 5 stars, cause I would rate you 10 stars , the service and work done is of great satisfaction. And I must thank each and everyone for their great work.
