Estimator was very well versed and the estimate was very complete from my perspective. Time estimates were honest and held to. Repairs look great. Had a minor problem with the pick up canopy, but was taken care of quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

Gerber Salem, Oregon did a great job with the body repair and paint on our car. The paint matched well, couldn't tell there was ever damage. Staff was friendly and provided daily notification of status of the repair and expected completion.They detailed the car nicely inside and out prior to turning it back over to us.The office staff provided excellent customer service and the technical staff in the shop did a great job with the repair. Well done Gerber and thank you!

Susan is the finest customer service representative that I have encountered in years! She was respectful, kind, emapthic, and knowledgeable all at the same time. This car issue happened when I had zero time and energy. She met me where I was and took care of everything! TJ did amazing work on my car that is almost vintage! Parts had to be found states away. He kept me informed almost daily, as things took a bit longer due to the scarcity of car parts. The finished product was better than expected. Susan and TJ made an inconvenient situation very comfortable. Thanks to you both!

Fernando P. is great to work with he gave me daily updates on how far they had got on my repair. At one point he gave me a date that was the same day I had a very important appointment so I asked for the following day and the next thing I know he had called a day earlier and it was finished WOW he went the extra mile and had his guys finish ahead of time and when I did get it back I was very pleased on how good they did on everything real nice top notch job and a day ahead of time many thanks to him and his crew. I hope I never have to come back but if I do I know that I will be taken good care of.

My car was burnt out from a neighboring vehicle. Gerber was able to put my car back together and it's even better than new! They kept me updated on the process and were so helpful when it came to getting a rental car and insurance issues. Honestly, a wonderful experience and I thank the team!
