Customer service from the very 1st phone call was helpful kind professional and productive. Something that we rarely see anymore these days. Several years ago we had a windshield replaced here and they were excellent then too!

Gerber Collision kept me updated at every step of the process. The person managing my repair wasn't pleased with how the paint job turned out so he made them re-do the work. This extended the time Gerber had my car but I appreciated the attention to detail and honesty. The completed job met my expectations.

I had the opportunity of finding a collision place to get my vehicle repaired after experiencing being in a vehicle collision. After a "could have been better experience" from a previous repair shop I decided to go with Gerber. I AM GLAD I DID! Their office made sure My rental was ready when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs. I didn't have to do a thing! Nick, our rep- did a fabulous job staying in communication even though though parts and labor seemed to be delayed. I couldn't have expected better service from having had to deal with a vehicle accident. If you are looking for a place to go, this is it!

Got a bumper replacement on our brand new car that was hit in a parking lot..bumper replacement went great..they replaced a small protective appliqué along with the bumper but it had air bubbles in it..they got a replacement appliqué and had it reapplied with no hassles..overall good experience
