Orion, MI - 921 Brown Rd

My truck had significant damage and was originally estimated to be in the shop for 1.5 months. Excellent communication as I was notified at least 2 times per week of the status. Excellent service that was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

Excellent service from the receptionist to the individual(s ) who did the actual body work on my wife's KIA. The industry standard for the amount of damage was 1 week from start to finish. Gerber had it done in 4 days. The damaged front end looks brand new and I really appreciate that they stand by their work as long as we own the car.

The staff was competent and professional. They did very good work on the car. I dealt with Ryan and Reychill, and they kept me informed about the progress of the repairs, and the car was done earlier than projected. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
