My whole experience was wonderful. When I stopped by to get an estimate, everyone in the office was friendly and helpful (I was doing a self pay-no insurance). My estimator was Amy F. She was thorough and made me feel very comfortable. She was personable and made me want to do business with Gerber. The work on my car was minor, but I felt just as important as a major job. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone.

I chose Gerber Collision and Glass and also utilized the Liberty Mutual 'Valet Service Option'. I made extraordinary choices on both decisions. Let me say that nobody likes to be victimized by a 'Smash and Dash' but the combination of Gerber's skill, commitment and professionalism, when combined with Liberty Mutual's consumer friendly policies and procedures, made my horrible situation as painless as possible. It was great to have my rental vehicle delivered to my home and the work done by Gerber was superb ! The repairs were completed earlier than estimated and my car was returned in almost showroom condition. My estimator/service coordinator was MS Amy F. and I have to credit her with much of my positive experience. Amy was extremely professional but low key as well. This put me at ease and I felt that my vehicle was in good hands. You ... could tell that she likes her job and this was reflected in her performance and the expert repairs. Amy kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and facilitated the completion of the project. She constantly inquired about what she could do to make my aggravating and stressful situation better. It is amazing to me that I really feel that Amy cared. This was certainly a first for me when it comes to auto repair. I may have been victimized by a miscreant who hit my vehicle and absconded but that was where my misfortune ended. I went in to get my rear bumper replaced. The actual process of replacing the whole bumper took 2 days. The process from beginning to end was seamless. The ladies upfront were extra friendly, helpful, and informative. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line. I was so happy to get my baby back. Your team here at this location (Amelia) demonstrated professionalism, courtesy and a general eagerness to impress me as a customer. I've hired and managed many employees over the span of my career and I can recognize your team is engaged. Also, I was impressed by your approach to correcting previous repairs done on my vehicle that I was unaware of. Your service manager greeted me and let me know that when they opened up car, they found evidence of a previous repair that was poorly done. He explained it was not covered by insurance, we took care of it as it's our job to make sure you have confidence in our work. Again, you've done an excellent job.
