Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to Kyle and Tina. You 2 could not have given better customer service. My frustrations ended the minute I walked in for an estimate. Kyle was super friendly and professional. He did a great job starting from notating all the damage to following up with multiple phone calls to let me know the status of my car. I would highly recommend Gerber because of Kyle's service.

Started off by just driving by on a Saturday, stopped in met with Tina what a delight she sold me even though my company advised me to shop around, her knowledge and pleasant attitude made me feel comfortable that my car was in the right place for repairs! I turned the estimate in to my boss and advised him of the first experience I had with her and that this is where we need to have the repairs done! And WOW was I blown away by the service and repairs that were preformed on my vehicle inside and out made it look like brand new! I will send all my friends and family to this shop what a great crew they have there! And again Thank you again Tina it was an absolute delight meeting and working with you!

The team at the Kirkman Gerber exceeded my expectations. Darren and his team seemed very enthusiastic about their work and the finished product shows. I have an aftermarket paint job and the paint told me after meeting him that he had to hand measure the tint to get the paint just right for the tail gate. In my opinion most shops wouldn't go the extra mile for perfection like this shop does.

The quality of the experience with Gerber was excellent in every way, from the initial call to report the collision, to the pick up of my car upon completion of the repairs. I was so impressed with a previous repair managed by Darren that I sought him out in a new location to accomplish the latest repair. The professional and friendly manner in which my wife and I were treated was matched by the absolute beauty of the completed front end repair of my 2005 Mercedes. The restoration of the damaged items and the manner in which everything was perfectly realigned should be the standard for the industry! I could not be happier or more satisfied with Gerber's practices, procedures and, most importantly, results. Please extend my deepest appreciation to Darren and his team of administrative and repair magicians for a job of matchless excellence.

Kyle provided me with the best service (and the only pleasurable auto body experience) I have ever encountered. Unfortunately, I have been to more auto body's than I would like to admit in my life time and I will now be recommending everybody I know to Gerber Collision in Orlando. I can't recommend Kyle's service enough. My car went in the shop with considerable damage and was supposed to take two weeks to fix (atleast). From the moment I dropped my Nissan off, he explained exactly what would be done and answered my barrage of questions thoroughly. I left feeling like I was in good hands-- and the service only continued. -Kyle called me regularly to check in and give me updates as to what was going on with my vehicle. (I wasn't left guessing as to what was going on, NOT ONCE) -I got my car back over a week before it was supposed to be ... done -Kyle and team had completely cleaned, vacuumed, and basically detailed my entire vehicle (INSIDE AND OUT) -Upon pickup, Kyle thoroughly explained everything that had been done, thanked me for my service, and sent me on my way -He dealt directly with my insurance company the whole time, and I didn't have to play the middle man like I had in the past - When the bumper was taken off there was additional damage to the frame which Kyle and team handled accordingly and still got my vehicle back to me in half the time it was supposed to take! (SAVING me a considerable amount of money on my rental fees!) I can't thank Kyle and the Team enough! Thanks a bunch! read more
