Just following up by email as I said I would. Your team did a great job on the repairs on my 2000 Mazda Protege; not only can't you tell that there was ever any damage, but the paint on the quarter panel and blending on the front door matches the existing paint so well, you can't tell it is a new job. I plan to use Gerber when the time comes to finally repaint the roof and hood of the car. The new lock is working well; at times it is a bit stiff and feels a little hard to turn to lock/unlock - but not to the extent of the old lock. I'm assuming that this is from it being a new lock, but if it persists I may stop by Gerber to have you take a look to see if anything needs adjustment.

Even though this accident occurred durning the holidays the turnaround time was only about ten days. The vehicle was repaired very well. I recently brought my vehicle in for body work after a vandalization incident. This facility did an excellent job! When they finished, my vehicle looked better than before it was damaged. I dealt mostly with George at this location, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he kept me in the loop with regard to the status of the work. George and the rest of the employees at this location went above and beyond what I expected! I was pleasantly surprised when George pointed out the extra things his team had done to get my vehicle looking fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service and quality work.
