From the minute I walked into the door to get my State Farm estimate, to the moment I picked up my car, I was always greeted with a smile. These people are very professional and while I hope I do not need their services again, I would definitely return. I will recommend them to friends and family. On a side note, Nybia M. was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. You guys are the best!

I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great and reliable body shop. From the moment I received great customer service from Brittany who answered the phone. The call was then given to Darren who assured me that my car will be in good hands and ready by a certain date. Actually, my car was ready four days prior to the quoted date. Darren called me often with updates and really made the process easier for me.

Nybia definitely deserves major WOW's. I had over $8,000 of work done on my car and I know that it won't come back perfect, but I'm a perfectionist; I go over my car with a fine tooth comb on a regular basis and I'm so glad she put up with me asking for minor things to be adjusted. Brittany and Nybia (Juan too) made my experience steller. I've been in an accident before and it was like pulling teeth to get everything right at the other car repair location but here, Nybia just fixed it. No questions no arguing, she wanted it just as perfect as me. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs their car fix. a+

I was very happy with the service I received and the work performed. Nybia was so helpful and went above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as possible. She was very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns I had from the moment I came in for an estimate until I left with my repaired vehicle. Brittany was very friendly and cheerful. She made it a very pleasant experience . She also assisted me when I left some needed items in my vehicle and helped me retrieve them. Both of these employees are wonderful assets to your company and deserved to be recognized for their outstanding service.

After going thru a management change, I was contacted by Mr. H. who was more than willing to change my bad impression of Gerber. He assured me that Gerber strives to provide excellence in customer service and so he proved it. He offered a car detailing to make it up to me, and was kind enough to schedule it for a day that worked for me. When I came in I was greeted by Mr. H. and his sweet receptionist Brittney. While I was waiting for my car, I witnessed how Mr. H. treated customers and how much effort he put into listening and treating them with respect and honesty. He did change my perception of Gerber, and if for any reason I have to go thru this experience again, I will make sure to choose Gerber again. Simply because I know that this location is now being managed by a responsible well educated person who knows how to treat customers ... and who can treat people who are going thru a bad experience with patience and a smile. read more
