The top sliding door guide to my 1999 chevy work van had separated from door. The screws had fallen out. I chose Gerber because I had years ago gone to them. Victor M. was able to repair the door as a "work in". He was awesome and I respect him for his kindness and Gerber. I thank them so much.

I wanted to thank everyone at Gerber for their incredible work and service! Everyone in the office was very courteous and helpful. All of my phone calls were answered throughout the process and the staff called me with updates. The appraisal of damage was done professionally and everything was explained to me. When I picked up my 2012 Camry, not only did the section of the car that was repaired look brand new, my car was washed and courtesy mats were put down on the floors! This was my second experience with Gerber, and I had chosen to go back based on the service I received last year when I had another car worked on. I would highly recommend them!
