My experience with Gerber was quick and painless to say the least. In my case the repairs only took about two weeks and were transparent with updates every Tuesday and Thursday until complete. The staff is very helpful throughout the entire process. Hopefully I will not need body work done on a vehicle as a result of an accident in the future, but if I do, I now know exactly where to go.

The best customer service was the text messages during the repairs and updates for completion. This was coordinated with the Leesburg center and Erica was quick to return my calls, fully answered my questions. She has a positive, upbeat and friendly manner.

Very professional, friendly, and informative. ALL of the staff from Brittany at the front desk to my estimator Mark...they were always there to take my calls, update me on the status of my car and help in any other way possible. All of the girls in my office suggested Gerber Collision to me when I found a rather deep door ding on my vehicle after work...To be honest I had never heard of this shop before until then. I will never take my car to ANYONE else. This will be my go to facility to repair my car. Gerber made my car look brand new!! Thank you!!!!

Mark and Brittany were the Estimator/Representative who were my point of contact at Gerber. Mark and Brittany were; simply put; AWESOME! I'm very particular about my vehicle and pay close attention to every little detail. The team at Gerber exceeded my highest expectation on handling my repairs as well as working with my insurance company (Infinity Insurance, who was equally as AWESOME!) With all of the fly-by-night companies and shoddy workmanship you get from more than half of any type of vehicle service provider; choosing a garage to take your vehicle to (for any type of repair) is always a daunting task. They also repaired some minor scrapes and scratches on my vehicle at no charge that were not part of my insurance claim. Everything from start to finished went exactly as they quoted it would; including the timeliness on the ... completion date, quality of workmanship, communication and efficiency. I was treated very well by Nybia M. and Brittany. I did have an issue when I picked up my car. The alignment was not done, so I had to take the car back. My car is still making a noises when I drive slow and turn. It sounds like a grind and pounding. I took it to Sport Mazda and they only could clean the r&r behind the plate. Other than that my car seems to be driving fine.
