I felt compelled to tell you what an ace you have in Orlando. I was treated with the utmost in professional service from your man, Robert E. Talk about above and beyond service. These guys even cleaned the car after the contracted work was done. I got a call from the center every three or four days to update me. They moved the process along quickly and made me feel like mine was the most important job in the shop. The first thing Robert did when he met me was inquire if my daughter was injured in the accident; what a nice guy. Hat's off to Gerber, you have a new customer for life in me.

Just went in today to get my passenger mirror and my driver side passenger door lock fixed. Did an amazing job. So happy to have my car back in a better condition. Less stress off my life now also Robert went above and beyond. Had the work done asap and ended up being the quickest work I've ever had done to my car.
