I have Never been so Amazed with a company in my life and I'm 62 years old. Carlos took really good care of my car. I was so happy with this company and Carlos. The repair service and overall service at this location was EXCELLENT! Shante B did a fantastic job as my adjuster and Mel's front office assistance was great! I saw how the office was operating the day I dropped off my vehicle and I can honestly say that office cares about their customers and do their absolute best to make sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing any auto body repairs.

Since I start with the paperwork for they fix my car i receive an excellent customer service, great communication from my estimate lady Tiffany she was so kind ?? and Mely CSR and my Translator they have the best personality a perfect communication ever it's not easy deal with different kinds of people ?? and they always have the best positive actitud!!! I would definitely start by saying that the two front desk ladies were very professional...With that being said, I'm more that satisfied with the customer care that Tiffany gave. I've had the chance to hear her phone etiquette(its an open floor setting)and she is extremely professional and courteous with all that interact with her on the phone. I had a concern with my repair and got a text alert from the office, and long a behold(after hours)Tiffany reached out and even called to talk me through my concern! So MORE than pleased with her professionalism and care...keep it up...all!
