Gerber Collision and Glass repaired my car in record time! They were extremely professional and were very friendly, courteous and helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with the insurance company and helping me provide a way to pay my deductible. My car looks as good as it did the day I drove it off of the car lot when I bought it. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service. Thank you for all of your work and effort to repair the damage to my car and return it to me as fast as you did and still do such an excellent job!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and workmanship of our repair. Having the Enterprise Rental Car facility next door was very convenient. I would have been happier if they would have called me for status updates. I will recommend service to others.

I've never experienced customer service like I did at Gerber. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect and everyone was so incredibly polite and helpful. They gave me an estimate quickly, and when I brought my SUV in to be repaired they kept me updated on the progress. They did an outstanding job on the repairs and when I picked my car up they took the time to go over exactly what they did. They went the extra mile and vacuumed and washed my car and when I left I noticed they even filled it up with gas!! I could not ask for a better experience and will not take my car anywhere else. I will recommend them to anyone needing repairs done. Gerber is the BEST in auto repair and customer service hands down. The person I dealt with the most was Ron.
