Rich and the team were very responsive to my situation. From the time I entered the office, I was greeted by a highly professional staff. After the initial inspection by Rich, I was told that it could take up to one and one-half weeks to complete the repair job. Imagine how excited I was to be given a call that my car was ready for pick up after four days in Gerber's shop. I asked a friend of mine to tell me what he thought of the repair work. He said if he hadn't seen the damage himself, he would have thought there was never anything wrong with my car needing rear quarter-pound and tail light work. I will tell my friends that if they have body work that needs to be done, they can trust Gerber to do the job right the very first time. Rich, thank you and the team for an excellent job.

Gerber is a professional high quality Collision & Glass Company. They took the stress out of the process. They are a great Team, from the Front Office Administrator (Neyla) and the Staff Estimator (Richard), to the collision craftspersons making the repairs. It is a high quality shop. They also explained the process and actually delivered my car early keeping me updated as they moved through their process. It was beyond my expectations. Nice work Team. I had my doubts that the repair to the scratch on the door of my cadillac xt5 would be done to my satisfaction but I was pleasantly surprised. I can't tell at all. I'm very pleased. Gerber did an excellent job. They also kept me informed in the process so I knew what was happening. I think that speaks volumes. Hope nothing like this happens again to my car but if it does I'll go to Gerber. Thank you.

This company is amazing! Put my vehicle in the shop on Monday, had it fixed and painted and returned on Thursday. Granted there was not a lot of damage. They had to order a part, remove bumper etc. repair dents, paint and put back together. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable at what they do. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone who is in need of automobile collision repairs.
