The moment I walked in the front door I was greeted by Kayla and then was introduced to Joe and within 5 min. I felt confident that this was a place that cared about the customer. They gave me a day to bring my SUV in and said it would take about 5 days for it to be done and they worked quickly and diligently and completed the work in five days as promised. I would definitely recommend this place if anyone has a fender bender.. Very nice people and very professional. I am happy with the way my vehicle turned out; looking as if it were brand new!

Very friendly staff,I was treated as if I was a family member, they explained all the work, all work was done in a timely manner. I left there feeling very confident that my car was fixed properly! Gerber Collision had my car towed to their Collision Center. They did the appraisal, ordered the parts, and within a week I had my car back. Gerber let me return my rent a car to them which was convenient for me. I was very, very happy with the service and the repair job and body work on my car, 2004 Hyundai. I rate this business a ten.
